Samira Brahmia is a world music singer known for her unique voice and personality. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, she gained wider recognition after her appearance on “The Voice” where she performed “Haramtou Bik Nouassi,” a love song from the Arab-Andalusian tradition. Samira embraces her multicultural identity and aims to break aesthetic boundaries in her music.
Her second album is a reflection of her personal journey, inspired by artists such as Myriam Makeba and Cheikha Rimitti. The album features a blend of different musical genres, including Arab-Andalusian, African, jazz, and pop, and touches upon various themes such as the selflessness of African mothers, exile, altruism, ancestors, refugees and the desire of drunkness.
Reda Mourah collaborated as Piano and keyboard player in her 2018 Algerian tour with Karim Ziad on drums, Khliff Miziallaoua on guitar and Hichem Takaoute on bass.
